Conversion of single storey town centre stables into two storey house. Demolitions including roof, timber gable internal walls and floor. Underpinning to provide foundation to new gable wall, revise initial structural engineer’s proposals to revise loads onto the existing building, install steels, structural stud walls, engineered floor, combination of both trusses and traditional cut roof.
